DNS Made Easy provides a wide range of written tutorials as well as a comprehensive knowledge base to assist clients with easy configuration of DNS and mail services.
All DNS Made Easy clients are also provided with unlimited 24/7 web ticket support. For Technical Support issues, please immediately submit a support ticket here by clicking on “Submit a Ticket” at the top of the page. Average response times vary from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the issue.
For the real-time status of our name servers using Pingdom, please check our external status website at http://www.dnsstatus.com.
Phone Support is provided for Corporate Membership’s during normal business hours (9AM – 6PM EST), to take advantage of this phone support please contact our sales office at +1.703.880.3095 and provide the user name of your DNS Made Easy account. All other membership levels can purchase customized phone support at a flat fee through the Purchase/Upgrade/Renew menu of your account. Once purchased, please open a support ticket with the best contact information to reach you. A technician will then give you a call.
Corporate Memberships also have the option of purchasing a dedicated phone support contract for a flat fee per year. This grants access to System Administrator live phone support through our Corporate Member only support phone number. You will be provided with a provisioned phone support contact number to use to reach an administrator at any time. Please contact sales for assistance.
